Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@snow-optics-japan.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item (showing the defect or issue)
  3. Reason for the return or exchange

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the full return shipping cost. For other returns approved on a case-by-case basis, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. For credit card payments, refunds will be issued through your card provider; processing times may vary. For bank transfers, refunds will be sent to your designated account.

5. International Shipping

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is returned due to refusal of delivery, the actual round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
