Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the online shop ("Service") operated by Snow Optics Japan ("Shop").

Article 1 – Scope

These Terms apply to all interactions between users and the Shop in relation to the use of the Service.

Article 2 – Purchase Agreements

  1. A purchase agreement is established when the user submits an order and the Shop sends a confirmation of acceptance.
  2. The Shop may cancel an agreement under the following circumstances:
    • The user has violated these Terms
    • Delivery cannot be completed due to an unknown address or prolonged absence
    • The Shop determines that the relationship of trust with the user has been compromised

Article 3 – Shipping Fees and Delivery

  1. Shipping fees are as follows:
    • Domestic shipping: Free for orders of ¥33,000 (tax included) or more. A flat rate of ¥1,210 (tax included) applies to orders below ¥33,000.
    • International shipping: Free for orders of ¥50,000 or more. A flat rate of ¥4,000 applies to orders below ¥50,000.
  2. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of confirmation.
  3. All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges must be paid to the delivery carrier upon receipt (Cash on Delivery / COD). As tax rates and regulations vary by country, please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

Article 4 – Returns and Cancellations

  1. Cancellations or returns after order confirmation are not accepted for reasons of customer preference.
  2. If an item is defective, we will provide an exchange or refund, provided the customer contacts us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Article 5 – Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following when using the Service:

  • Actions that violate laws or public order
  • Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Impersonating another user

Article 6 – Limitation of Liability

  1. The Shop shall not be liable for any damages resulting from interruption or suspension of the Service due to system maintenance, network failures, or similar causes.
  2. The Shop shall not be liable for any disputes arising between users in connection with the Service.
